BUYBACK DISCLAIMERS

SellSomeBooks.com's buyback service is intended for students who wish to sell their textbooks and other books used for personal reading. Dealers, wholesalers, independent buyers, etc. must contact us at buyers@sellsomebooks.com for authorization. SellSomeBooks.com reserves the right to rescind any buyback order that management determines is in violation of this policy. 

SellSomeBooks.com reserves the right to return shipments to sender for any reason, within 5 days of receipt, at the cost of SellSomeBooks.com.

Quantities of 10 or more of a single title require authorization. Please contact us at overrides@SellSomeBooks.com to receive said authorization.  Unauthorized quantities may be discarded without reimbursement. 

SellSomeBooks.com does not purchase books of questionable origin. All persons selling books to SellSomeBooks.com must have clear title to said books. Proof of ownership may be required. 

SellSomeBooks.com is not responsible for books until they arrive at our warehouse, including any damage that may occur in transit. Claims for damaged or lost items are the sole responsibility of the seller regardless of method used in shipping.

WHAT “GOOD CONDITION” MEANS:

A used book is considered in good condition even when it contains highlighting, margin notes, or other markings.  However, we cannot accept:

• Books that are water damaged, stained, molded or mildewed
• Books that have missing or loose pages or covers
• Study guides, lab manuals, and other fill-in books with answers written in them
• Access kits (or other materials requiring a unique code) with codes already used.
• Facsimile copies
• Annotated Instructor’s editions

Decisions regarding the condition of books we receive rest solely with SellSomeBooks.com. All decisions are final. If we receive unacceptable/unsolicited books, those books will be discarded, donated, or returned at the shipper’s expense plus a $5 processing fee.
